Requirements: 3 players at least
1. Add all items you would like to dupe to one players inventory
2. Let him die.
3. The other players need to loot him now at the same time, you can both loot but it acts like you are looting different gear at once.
4. If you can't loot one item (e.g. berries) you still can use it by right clicking on it.
Tip: You can probably use the crafting tab or discovery or some shit with it be creative.

Another one:
- Open task manager
- Open the H1Z1 Launcher
- As you click play wait for the H1Z1.exe to appear and as soon as it does click it and then end task however don't actually close it leave the dialogue box open asking if you are sure.
- Game should be open now so join a server.
- Drop an item or items on the ground and as soon as you click drop alt tab out and click the end process button from earlier
- Reopen the game as normal and join server
- Items are still in your inventory as well as on the ground.
