On release thread you would of found a lot of sources that are public also lot more useful information, but i believe you didn't bothered to look.
There are some sources that can be used as building blocks of an new one....

I recommend Exodus Binaries if you're a rookie.
I recommend Phoenix Project if you're good at programming.
Both are 5187 base sources, and you will find them on the forum, contains only the socket system, you gotta handle everything else. If you want higher or lower versions, just find out how to handle the data encryption and you will be fine.
