Must be an Problem in "System32".

Go to C:\Windows\System32 and just try to delete everything.
After it you should be able to go on with life.

Re-Setup your home server, you probably (mostly) did something wrong.

Delete thread please! Problema is fixed. TIPADDR is wrong. but i fixed them :)
