[Silly Question]How can i embed a youtube video to my thread?

as the title says,i have been trying to embed a youtube video in my thread for about 3 hours and i failed i asked how to do that in other forums they told me [media] link [/media] and [flash] link [/flash] and they didn't work, any help?

Just the youtube link. Nothing more.
