That's no hack I suppose, else she wouldn't have posted it on youtube.
But I give you a hint how to beat the spider - get on your armoured horse, use the multihack by banjo, and set weapon holding on onehand weapon and Onehit on 1

das muss aber GM hack sein oder pserver weil sie bei deff 119 stehn hat ich denk es geht nur bis90 ? ich denk das is hack

Its much easier to kill the spider-boss etc. on the german server i think its dealing 1/4 of the dmg and has muuuch less hp reg/hp
