You won't get any good designers if you don't pay them. A rank on a server is.. ehm.. "A RANK! WOW! SO AMAZE!"
Guys, you should get more information about designers - the most ones are paid more then 1000€ just for 1 artwork or something else... and you want one free, holy shit.
