Hello everyone somehow i managed to trick the gm into unblocking my account, here's how(from the blocked account):
1. I opened one ticket, on that ticket i wrote that i got scammed and after "i returned my account, i found it blocked".
2. The GM's will reply you:
"Required Information:
1. Agreed with our Limited Restoration Terms:
2. Exact Time and Date the issue occurred:
3. Affected Character Name:
4. Missing Item(s) and/or Alz:
5. Detailed Explanation of how the issue occurred:
6. Server:
7. Country:"
3. You will open one more ticket and in which you will write: "Hello, this is my reply regarding the scamming case on the Ticket[ID Number from the ticket you sent before". I cannot see what's missing from my items or Alz, could you please unblock my account and i will send a ticket right away".
Then the GM unblocked my account anyway even tough it was blocked for using farmers etc, i transfer all the items from the account that got unblocked and sent 100 mails to random players, so the GM won't be able to find out which one is me.

You must have never sent before ticket from the blocked account regarding that or this will not work. The GM's are humans too just like you, have fun tricking them. This was 1 month ago, right now i have different ways of hiding myself and GM was never able to detect me, but i tough many people have blocked accounts that they want back so this could be worth's a try, sorry for the bad grammar.
