Hello epvp i have problem with skype,i try to login with my user and pw which are 100% correct it says that its wrong account details im using windows 8.1
please help

If it's saying you password or username is incorrect skype is either blocked by your firewall and can not communicate with the skype login servers or you password/username is incorrect. But I think in your case your login details are incorrect ....

ye ur right my firewall how can i fix it?

Try to turn it off. In case that this solves your issues you can figure out the exact rules afterwards. But tbh I think Graphicscore is right.
