in items d13 or 14
in DB ~ Media

Media.pk2 located in media/server_dep/silkroad/textdata and the file your looking for is named > textdata_object.txt

Some hints ->
DB
_RefObjItem -> SetID
_RefSetItemGroup -> Create a new line

Media -> RefSetItemGroup - add the line you created in RefSetItemGroup
Media -> Textdata_equip&skill
media -> itemdata_45000

that's all . do it by yourself
