Need Networking Help! (Will Pay)

I need a IPv6 Scheme creating that will serve the network, Ihave attached the IPv4 scheme I currently have that needs converting to IPv6, so I essentially need the 3 tables converting to IPv6 from IPv4, then just write a little bit about them ,maybe why we changed to IPv6 and why its better etc (future expansion, more IP addresses etc)

I've read your text multiple times but I don't understand what your needings really are.

First of all: You can't convert from IPv6 to IPv4 because IPv6 is a 128 bit number compared to IPv4 32 bit number there is no place saving such a big number in another small one.

Second: The image is very small and not readable.

Warum gibt es dann Tools die das können ?

Ich kenne kein Tool, dass dies kann.

Man kann ja wohl schlecht eine 3-stellige Zahl in eine 2-stellige Zahl packen, mal als Beispiel.

Kompression geht schon, aber ja, bei IPv6 dürfte das schwerer werden, aber dafür gibt es ja DS-Lite etc. Der TE will allerdings eine Translation von IPv4 auf IPv6 und das ist ja relativ einfach machbar. :)
