Digimon Private Server Error Help Please

So i did everything correctly (i think atleast) everything in tutorial was completed exept one thing because i only speak english and all tutorials are in portugese so one thing i saw from:
LoginServers.rar i have and i dont know what to do:(, so im looking for help. Heres the error:

EDIT: I heard lensc say "work" when pointing at LoginServers.rar so maybe means is required to work?
