No no and no.right now euros are more powerful to usd.if i remember well 1 euro is 1.2 usd,and anyways it is better to buy skins for example 30 usd instead of 30 euros.By the way i think it is not possible to change your flag atm!

Settle down.

The cost of a skin in USD is 37.50, and the cost of a skin in Euros is 30.00. Thus, the current "exchange rate" as determined by Bigpoint is 1.25. The Euro is trading at 1.17 to 1 USD. So at current exchange rates, you're saving about 6.5% using the dollar.

You realize that saying it is better to pay 30 USD instead of 30 EUR is exactly why he wants to change to the USD, right?

It is possible, provided you are able to prove residency in a country that uses the USD as its base currency.
