it has been failed to request certification

server was working fine till shardmanager down then i open it again give me it has been failed to request certification i check server,cfg+ini+dbconnection everything works fine and IP in server,cfg then i clear ips in server,cfg and make then make them again and now even globalmanager give me it has been failed to request certification and i sure about IP in ini+server,cfg
anyone could tell me how to fix that's error ? 1day and still same error can't fix it yet could anyone tell me how to fix that's gay error?!

maybe your ip changed? happened to me once, i was running a test server on my home computer, and my local ip changed from 192.168.1.101 to 192.168.1.102

Check the GlobalManager for the requested ip maybe shard is requesting another ip and needs to be spoofed happened to me with some weird modules
