Moderator Application[Private Silkroad Online Section]

Hai.

I want to apply for Moderator position in Private Silkroad Online section [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
There's alot of shit going on there, people insulting, spamming etc. The moderators that is there ATM isnt active enough to clean that shit. So thats why Im doing a application, to do the section a favour to keep it clean from spammers etc.(not saying that the mods are doing a bad job)

Why do you want to be a "Moderator"?

As I mentioned above, the section needs active moderator('s), and good ones also. alexx,,Zathor,theoneofgod,invinciblenoob is doing a great job, but they arent active enough to keep the section clean from ppl posting viruses,spammers,flamers etc. Yesterday a guy called "bence2" posted a virus site in the section, took the moderators 12h+ to delete it, which was bad enough.

Im also very active since we have alot of breaks in the school so I can grab a computer and just check the section if something has to be cleaned(if i become mod)

How long did you play PSRO/SRO?How much time did you spend?How much did you experience in SRO?

Been playing since early 2006. I know alot about silkroad. I can answear many questions about builds, different sro versions(csro, ksro etc), also tried different hacks,bots for silkroad private servers. So I know what im doing.
I've also hit max level on sro 3 - 4 months ago with my Char on isro, olympus.
Hybrid int spearer. So I know much.

Are you active on forum, how much time did/do you spend in this forum?

Im very active, Checking the forums every hour in school(due to lessons), and every 30th minute when im not in school(which means home).
I'll be/i'm active enough to clean the section for spammers,flamers etc.

How can you handle some of the so called "Stupid" comments or disliked comments?

Will simply give the one who said something stupid or broke the rules(depends on which rule) a warning, or if its a insult towards me or any staff members(If i be mod) I would personally give him a infraction. epvp staff members
should be treated with respect because thanks to them this forum is running well.
If I become moderator, I wont be on my friends side if they do something stupid, since rules are meant to be followed. and I wont let them stand above the law(no one should).

How can you act toward other Elitepvpers users, Moderators, Guards...etc?


Im friendly to most of the people, but I can act bad to people who is insutling me or flamming me. I hate people who does that to me.
Well, I will treat every epvper staff member(mods,guards etc) With respect, and if they need any help they can count me in, cause im friendly.

If i get any infractions I dont complain, cause If i get an infraction I KNOW that i did something wrong.

Did you have any experience being a "Moderator" before?
Yes, I've been moderator on a few forums(cabal,kalonline other sro forums)
so i know how to do.

I like silkroad very much and knows alot. silkroad is the most
amazing game ever.
Sometimes I can be funny, but mostly im a serious people.
I do take the job as a moderator deadly serious, If I become one :D.
I can easy forgive other people, and I do love to have friends, and I know when I have the wrong kind of friends.

Not so much to say.

Hopefully Ill be chosen, but im to young probably.

To start off,age doesn`t seem to matter anymore,if you are frightened that you are too young.
Your stats / and join date are..hmm okay,pretty good.It was discussed tho,that we needed a moderator living in the US or any country which has a different timezone from Europe.
Some of the mods are active in the morning,some in the afternoon,that would be great.
Also Julian got ex-modded recently,so there is gonna be a new moderator assigned for the section.
I just hope the admins will take out the best application,and accept it.

I`ll give you my vote(YES),its a good thing that you want to help.

Just my opinion(of an 1 1/2 days unslept guy)

Ok to start: Admins are having a discussion about this matter (as Sir john dread said), and there are 3 applications 1 in the main section, 2 in the private sro section...
so there are 3 competitors.

I give you an yes, let the Admins decide now, i guess my application is 99% done...(all the psro members replied in my application, no one is left except so few.

not to mention, we both got diffrent time zones from europe...

Also I believe an application should be professional. Foul language in an application isn't desirable at all.

well I asked to cover all sections like I used to, Private Section alone is too little work for me xD

The more the better I say but a lot of people join just for the "prestige" of being a moderator because it looks good or they get bored of it after a while and stop helping which does happen, so they are not making any quick decisions, but the faster the better I say, before appliers change their mind.

My point was, when i moderate a small section i will gain enough experience to moderate a big one.

And no, i guess the Psro section is 2x the sro section in spam and stuff yet the disaster may happen again (being inactive in the Psro section and active in the sro section).And i really want to stay in epvp for good so i will not quit modding from the first months (I dont think i will quit at all).

aha about the work being to little it was meant to be sarcastic :P I wasnt aiming that statement at you, one example I can think of lolrko he was a moderator for a month or so, he did a very good job, but he got bored of doing it.

guys, are u kiding me? or did overread a "not"? gmt +1 and +2 isnt at all very different from europe ... +1 is the german time zone, too, and +2 is like getting in bed one hour later... so what i was discussing with the staff in the near past was a moderator more likeley from overseas e.g. asia or usa/south america.

Due to my studying, i can stay late at night from 4am to 8am...
