Do you know any hack(especially NFSW hack developers) for this game on android?

Try Freedom or Lucky Patcher + mods. You need root for both but Lucky Patcher can kinda do it for you too when not-rooted.

Yep. Search on google: e.g. (GT RACING 2 1.5.0 MOD APK) ;)

then use a modded apk as advised. If the game has online mode you won't be able to play it tho.
