This isn't per win, is it? 3$ is extreemly expensive for someone with no reputation. There are people around there who do 3$ PER win in plat, and they have way better reputation.

edit: offered to let him vouch on a LAN account I had. He said okay asked for PW, i warned him it didn't have a huge amount of champs as it was just a random smurf of mine. Said then he didn't want to do it on a LAN account and wanted to go on NA, trying to convince me he was legit. Not sure why he changed his mind about vouching on LAN, but i'd be careful. Would recommend to duoq with him first to make sure he's legit.

lol no. I couldve played but I changed my mind that I did not want to play on LAN server because of different language and voice. I said "actually, do you hav e NA?" also, I said Ill go on any rank.
