[QUESTION] editing and remaking scripts

is it legal or illegal??
we all know that MLE is illegal couz it use another program to cheat in game..
while script, u only have to do is.. edit and copy and paste it to the designated folder..

uhmmmm..
why there are GCPH players still get banned??

or using other hacking software..
