BF3-cant change video settings.

Repairing game does not help, game is fine. i have newest drivers installed, i have also direct X11
BF3 settings editor does not work too.
This is second computer where this problem occured

My graphic card is ati radeon HD 3600 series

I think it's because your GPU is too weak to handle higher settings :confused:

No.(Also I dont want higher settings. I want to set them to the lowest.
