probleme with Xampp

hello
I cree serveur shaiya he work too well but when I use Xampp for updater the serveur I have probleme i don' speak english so i video the probleme anyone can help me plz? or i can find another method for updater the serveur without Xampp ? thanks.

- Monster.sdata
- Cash.sdata
- NPCQuest.sdata

andernfalls kann es noch an den Created einstellungen liegen
Jerdoch nicht an Xampp denn ansonsten würde er beim Updater schon einen Fehler bringen
