Is it possible to lvl up from 83 to 95 in 1day?

I've seen a guy this morning in NosTale(UK). He was 83...Now logged back in and poof he is 95...

Does anybody know/hear about a "hack" or way to level up that fast? Is it any trick or bug in town? I'm really curious.

It's winter event, there'll be bugs :/
On new winter raid, I had 15lvl and 99job (but I was really 84 and 23...)
So... Everything is possible.
