L2 Walker problems

Hello, i use L2 walker 10.2.3

So my question, why i cant use Mortal blow or deadly blow? there is an option to do that, but he dont do it, he only says incorrect target, if i use the mb/db manual then he do it, but not alone :(
Any ideas what i do wrong?

maybe the target is dead already when u use mortal blow? test it if you configure the attack as the first attack

No the target is alive, i configured first skill mortal blow, if mp higher 30%, but it would not work, it only say incorret target, and atack normal :(

Yes i have the same options, and i use the same settings, but dont know why he dont use mb :(
