emulator patch 10? :/

Hello,
today I am writing it because I have a problem.
We have a private server with some friends and I understand that Exetra had an emulator that was patch 10.
anyone know if it is possible to download this emulator? (Or anythings else .. If it patch 10... It's very good !)
I'm really pissed off and I need help ...

Exetra never released any emulator

Hi,
I dont know if exetra or anybody... i wasn't clear... i saw exetra or psycho ... i dont Know verywell... but i saw them post and Said... what the favourite version of a private server... and they have 3 emulator i believe.
the beta,
after the patch 10
and néo netsphere.
i will to re-ask my question...
anybody know how we can to have an emulator patch 10?

It was Psycho, and it wasn't a release.
