Ap Error

Sooo, yea this is a question, but not related to hexing so I didn't post it in the heking support thread, so let's get in the main point, I purchased some ap and I didn't change my IP, so it's Egyptian, anyway, I bought em and I can see em in my purchase history but, I am not sure that they've took cash from my Visa cause they didn't send any message to confirm, and they didn't add the ap, all I see is a red error message, so some of you may ask for a picture, here you go :

So if anyone could help, would be great, and I can't contact the support team cause of the ban IP!

If you used PayPal for purchasing the AP, you've probably used a different email than the one used on the aeria account (it happened to me as well)
If not, it's just a security shit, you will get your ap in max 48 hours.

You better wait 12-24hours for this error to go away ;c
I had same thing because I charged ap too many times at once x'D but it will go away eventually, if not ask a friend who you trust to login into your account outside of Egypt, maybe this will help c;

Now they sent me the message but still no ap.

write a ticket that they unluck your ap

Yeah I noticed that since I had an ip with ending of 0.5. now it's 1.9 o-o wtf
