tell me 1 reason why you are looking for a private server.
-> in tera you level up really fast
-> with lv65 you get decent gear (till next patch you can do the new dungeons with it)
-> with the lv65 gear you can do the new dungeons and should be able to make gold with it
so far i know most private servers shut down already.

i have a bad ping playing from philippines xD
so if theres a PS that have a better ping ill play there :D

you should keep in mind a private server can be closed anytime and your progress will be lost forever D:
