having problem with connection to my server

hello guys how are you i have a problem with my l2j server
every thing is working when i type the id and the password in the game
it appears in my database in my navicat

but if i type the id that i type it in the first time that what happens

and stay like that for ever

if i join it gives me the rules

then agree then

i clicked connect and wait for ever but it doesn't go to the char screen
what should i do !?
