Every Tool your Devs made are bugged, not even texts can be changed with that tool without getting bugged.

I have TCML Editor, but it has 2 buttons Export and Import....Without it, I do nothing.

Your problem is because you are still crying because you bought bugged tool.

There is alot of servers with UI changes has been made with this tool. But this isn't the purpose of this thread, as the op is searching the tcmd tool

It's not been distributed in anyway from the owner and if it was, wouldn't be free.
