PaySafeCard on VNZL?

Hi, today i just found that on Venezuela i can not buy uridium with PaySafeCard. So what should i do? Is there some way to exchange my PaySafeCard to Paypal or bitcoins? Thank you for you fast reply.

Use elite*gold trading section, there you can easily find someone to change psc>pp.

I wouldn't use Papyal. Since Paypal has your address on it and therefore it will be changed back to your actual country.

isn't true. you must count the currency values and you can also add more currency's on paypal.
