adding new items database server not open

hi im try adding custom items and databaseserver.exe do not open

(FIXED)

new problem i fix error on Spec_ITem now i /ci command at game nothing is showing the item

possible to crash when you add item is all about on evry column of a parameter maybe it miss something or you add more than of it please check your spec_item.txt or propitem.txt
