basicly i am looking for a developer who is intrested in developing demonpower
magewarior2 is a bit short on time to keep doing the job so he asked to search for a other developer
as most known , demonpower is made from scratch
that makes it a bit difficult to look for developers as not every one can work from scratch
at current moment we got 3 servers
but the latest server will be removed again ( based on tears ) as it contains way to many bugs and a to buggy client
so we got back 2 servers ( high/low) that is based on the same (exept drop/compose rates are differend )
i use a certain system that is also intregrated with my control panel
also the server setup is differend then most common setups
so what i am looking for ?
basicly some one who knows the client and can work on it ( realy old client ) and add stuff/fix things
some one who knows the database and knows how the commands work ( like timed events ) , mainly cq_action as there happends the most stuff
also some one who know differend systems as our dropsystem is differend then cq_doprate ( basicly droprate get skipped )
as it is written from scratch ( exept the core) does it not contain so many lines of code
but also there is not so many in it
at current moment is it basicly 95% bugfree
there are some minor bugs that pops up once in a while but it is realy stable
normaly i am not so eager to allow others to work in the database as it is a unic system and i do not like to have it released/leaked
developers also get paid a certain % of donations from paypal ( paypal only , not the other systems )
this system happends automatic , based on my script that i wrote for it so there is always a clean overvieuw of what you get paid for that month
ofcourse payments are optional and if you do not want it , then it can support the server more ( hosting costs and stuff )
also if you are intrested , let me know what you can do

7 jobs open
1 designer ( client )
1 highrate developer
1 lowrate developer
2 GM for highrate
2 GM for lowrate
both developers need to co operate with each other as it is the same db xD (exact dublicate ) so both can fix bugs and import them to highrate/lowrate
also we got some functions over for PM/GM accounts
as i like to have atleast 1 gm on every server
current moment i got 1 general PM to maintain the servers and he wil watch over the other pm/gm
Staff is based on a rank system , one pm got more acces then a other pm (like mod on forum or gm/pm on both servers or pm on one and gm on other )
its maybe a confusing system but it will explain itself later on
