what's the different between 2 dekaronsrv.exe ?

i got them from janvier123's server file , they are 3.20 MB and 13.3MB , what's the different between both 2 exe ?

The smaller one is compressed, encrypted, protected, any of those, idk nothing about it but that might make it clearer
