Problem Virtual PC 2007 Help Me =S

I have a problem now in the virtual PC.
I changed one intem Store armor For Navicat, I Reboot the virtual PC to go see if it had gone well and see if the item was in the right place and when I do. / Start the Virtual PC to order instead of appearing " Conection out ... " to indicate that it's alright, no, appears to me now "Conection Refused.
Someone help me resolve this?
