VMWare Workstation 9 downloadet sehr langsam

Moin, ich habe mir VMWare Workstation 9 geholt und möchte den Emubot für LoL installieren, aber alles was ich installiere (.net Framework, Firefox etc.) braucht bestimmt eine halbe Stunde um es runterzuladen, ist das normal?
