Don't use bad scripts; they get you banned, its not always the bot.
If you're choosing between reflection and injection, reflection is a better choice as injection is more quickly detected.
Try not to all-out bot one skill; try to take it even and bot other skills so the ban rate will be lowered.
Try to keep combined daily botting and legit play-time hours under 8 hours per day.
