Connection Terminated from Server

Hello guys Im getting huge laggs in warrock that I can't play and I've no idea about how to fix it.. I've tried:
-Reset the router
-Format my pc (trying different OS like win7x64, win8x64 n win10)
-Call my provider (but they said that there is no connection problem)
-I don't use antivirus
-Deactivated my firewall
-Tried to clean my pc with Advanced System Care & CCleaner

And I still with the same Connection Terminated from Server error each 3minutes in lobby

About the crashes u cant do anything against it. i have exact the same crashes since 1 or 2 years. most likly some hardware is not compatible with warrock. i cant start the game on germany too, get a crash instant.
