Client Crash

I'm currently trying to play United Generals private server, but I'm running into an issue. After I log in, about 30 seconds of play, my client completely closes. I looked in my debug folder, and it has these errors:

Code:

The people at the servers chat box has no idea what's wrong, which was expected.
I have ran as administrator, that didn't fix it. I don't have an antivirus, so it isn't that. I do have my firewall turned off, so that's not the problem. I have downloaded the client twice from 2 separate links.
So I honestly have no idea what this issue is, but I'm assuming it has something to do with the itemtype.dat or the shop.dat, or even both.

I have looked around elitepvpers and I've noticed there has been a couple of threads of the same topic, but there's been no solution.

If anyone has any idea how to fix this, that would be great. Thanks

I would suspect that the fault is on their side... When the client closes without any message, it's generally a problem on the server-side.
