Weird poll,
Of course if you didn't improve the Chinese characters so you better change the server to Euro only.
Since you're asking everyone about their opinion, So I guess you're missing some information/details on your thread.

why removing eu chars if i changed chinese masterys from 330 to 440?
This will give chinese characters the chance to skill force or one of the others element skill tree.

do you think only eu chars will make a server populated? na chinese the normally the real and best race. eu chars are just to overpowered, so i thought why you dont give them +110 masterys more to skill up a new skill tree.

You need more stuff to make a successful server, MUCH more than limiting races/skills.

i know that. :D I want the suggestions of players. The players will give me the suggestions and i will add them on the server if they are not to bad.

Players will choose the direction of the server! ;)

EDIT: Do you guys have some ideas about the server start date? Maybe today or in a few day! I want your opinion guys!

Doubt, When it comes to a server with both races simply if the server isn't balanced between Europe and Chinese, so everyone would pick the Euro character.
Not just by raising the mastery would give you the chance to beat an European character, for example a build as ''warlock/rogue ,warrior/rogue'' so the question is what's the point of raising the mastery if you can't simply attack due to the spams of ''stun/kb/kd''.
Here's another question to you, Have you ever saw a Chinese party beating European one? maybe rarely if we're talking about job wars for example.
So doubt if you can find a solution for it, just by nerfing some euro skills and improving chin skills instead and even it won't be enough to be balanced which requires lots of time to test every single build. it's my own opinion about it.

You are totally right, must think about it again and im going to buff and nerf skills by my own.
