Setting Up Own Private Server?

Hey folks,

i was browsing this Subforum for a long time and was always wondering how to setup my own private offline 9dragons server.

First off i would need the server and client files. And furthermore a tutorial how to set them up successfully since i dont have many experience with stuff like this.


Can anyone help me out? A link would be nice

Any advice how to get my VMWare a working internet connection? I selected bridged as zero burner said in his tutorial but i have no access on the virtual machine.

You need to manually assign a DNS server for your VM, some routers doesn't do the job, u got to do it manually

Also, do remember that if you wanna invite friends to play, you actually need to bind the server to a internet facing static IP, which quite likely you won't have. Options are Hamachi or some other VPN (i prefer SoftEther).

if you know how to use 9disciple on your own home server you do not need quests :)
