Just search through the gw1 black market you'll find some sellers...
I think for 20€ you should be able to get 4-5 stacks of ectos. Don't let somebody troll you.

Was searching @ blackmarket, but most sellers agree paypal as payment only :(

Also why would you buy from someone that doesn't even have a current ad up? next time ask around to the trusted sellers maybe one would have done the trade. Lesson learned.
