Well the accusation has been made that the admin is corrupt yes. However that was a long time ago and apparently no proof has been shown yet.

Only Screenshot I've seen is the admin getting 1% extra armor and 12 extra hp.

Not 10% armor or 1200 hp.. Just 12 and just 1%.

But you're free to make your own assumptions based on the crap spreading in these forums xD.
