2 high-tech instead of 1

Found a bug how to make high-tech place 1 2 .
Generally open 2 tabs .
1) Skayleb .
2) high-tech.
Do so .
Let's send SEPREM for Uri . How do you push send dramatically for any tech Uri at the same time, all you need to press .
Voila you place high-tech 2
