So there's some things that have happened and are very shady in fact and I mean I'm not the sort to normally do this sort of thing and put this sort of thing out there but Devastation Gaming Network's staff pulled something rather shitty with me that I'd like to share and address with the community. I may talk alot and be misinterpreted and or misunderstood because I talk alot or appear to rage but most often times this is not the case and the community here cannot deny that BANNING SOMEONE BECAUSE THEY TALK ALOT IS WRONG UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND IS NOT IN ANY SERVER'S TOS THAT HAS EVER GRACED THESE FORUMS. Now then.

As you can see I talk alot and all she's doing is writing off the unfairness of my being IP banned and blocked over the original issue because again I am a person that talks alot when agitated and talks alot in general but that's basically the excuse used. "You talk alot." "You come across as a pain in the ass." "You're annoying." These are the words of ignorance and intolerance and not something I think anyone should have to deal with. I'm not begging for sympathy, I'm not asking for anyone's bothering me. I'm simply posting this here because I know there are players like myself who tend to be outspoken and get in trouble for it and treated like dirt because of it. And I think it's only fair that players who don't know this sort of shit happens see these screenies. I'm a very outspoken person, I talk alot. I say things objectively and bluntly. That is again no excuse for how this network's staff has handled my situation or me in general as a player or person.

My my, what a mess. I do see their point of view, but to ban due to that you disslike the player, is a definitly NONO, a GM bans, due to players doing something against the game itself, either hacking, or comprimising security and whatnot, not due to personal issues >_> this is a load of kodo-crap, and i do not agree of it at all, i have myself been a gm, so i know what i am saying.

First time i heard a player got banned due talking to much.

well FireFly banned you cause you had the "audacity" to talk about some news that happened in REAL LIFE ( sorry for caps ) and had absolutely nothing to do with the game, especially with the server. but i think there might've been some other reasons, which may have put a lot of weight on your situation ( meaning players or a specific player complaining about you ) which of course led to your IP banning . strange things happening lately, nothing surprises me anymore.

Whatever the case may be, it's very clear that it was an unfair ban and it had nothing to do with breaking any Server ToS and therefore it was something unprofessional and shitty. If anyone looks at Devastation WOI as a prospective place to play, I honestly advise against it if you want to avoid situations like this. Of course if they decided to unban me and silence me on this thread, it would only prove that they were trying to save face and keep me from posting this. But honestly to any player that looks at Devastation prospectively to play there, I advise against it. Not unless you'd like to deal with more drama than a stick can be shaken at, GM's playing favorites, bans on players who do real wrong there like Troublemaker who was banned for outright staff disrespect, hacking and various other reasons begged and pleaded and apologized for six months straight and then got unbanned. But me? I got perma account and IP blocked for....what again? Not breaking any of the ToS...just talking alot. And giving my unbiased and unfiltered foul mouthed opinion on a topic and conversation THAT OTHER PEOPLE THAN MYSELF STARTED...just to clear this up once more in case someone's lost here.

By now if they hadn't done something like this you'd think they'd have come after me here and attempted to jump on me like they would do on their server but it's obvious they have no face to save now...
