I know that lots of quests that ppl usualy did to get that uni itens to soc in their talis cannot be done more then 2 times now!
So, anyone know another quest that is easy and fast to do that can give me uni itens ilimited times?

hmmm the only 1 to get a uni item is deliver the letter , but with The Windbell quest u get a ref item but on the plus side u get a bag full of refines every time u finish it and u can do it unlimited number of times with any char
