This comes from a huge database probably with 1,000,000+ items, mostly PvP servers.
-Remove all the non-used items from players.
-Use an SSD.
-Be economic in distributing free items, for example, Make an NPC with all the free items instead of giving every player free items in his inventory.

Maddona i guess you got a new server .. @magicanoo was talking about the old servers with alot of logs.. etc
about your problem !
- did you got delay lag between skill loading and active? ( like if buff loading 5 sec then when it active you cant use it about another 5 sec )
- did you got a Delay in zerk ? when zerk points finished the character still in zerk mood ?
