[HELP] Dedicated server MT2

Hi, apologize if this isn't the right section and apologize for my English too.
'Am trying to start a 'dedicate' server of Metin2, 've starter with a 'no-ip' and it was all okay, but now I have 'buy' a free host and i don't understand what i have to do, i've read a lot but no one of the tread i've read it was helpful for me.
I've got some other problem: My friends can't log in and i've translate the server (file 2011 franzi) in Italian (with permission (0777)), i've translate a mob and item proto with some file i've found in internet and the game don't work...

Hope u'll help me, i've the host in Netsons but idk what i've to do now because they haven't give me an ip and i can't use Putty.
