SunSRO "??????" Error

Got the files from this thread: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Un-rared the SunSRO folder, inserted the updated media.pk2, and get this error after I hit start on the client window. (Yes I have tried to search the problem. It's kinda hard to put "SunSRO ???? error" in a search engine and get results.)

ive got excately the same problem, i dont know what i can do :S owyeh, did you instal the real silkroad ?? maybe it can fix i dident try it already but maybe it works: download the REAL silkroad online client on: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and than instal silkroad and maybe try AGAIN than. but i dont know maybe it wil fix maybe not. but no try is always miss.

I have the real sro installed. I'll try uninstalling it and see what happens.

Just tried it. Uninstalled using Revo uninstaller (to delete all sro files), restarted, extracted SunSRO, extracted the media.pk2, still got the error. -.-

Also martijntjuh do you mind tell me what Anti-virus/Firewall you use? I could be our security programs.

player that isent it, ive tryed it i closed my security. it doenst works. but idk what i can be than... is it not that we download the wrongest patch? i only dl the update october media pk2 and the client for the game. it seems its an legendary error. idk what it is. maybe we shoud wait on more answers and go deeper in the error.

Do you guys have ECSRO (SJSRO) installed? I have it installed...maybe that's the problem?

Download the loader from there,put it in your swsro folder,and try to enter the game now.Still same problem?If you still get an error now,it should be written in english.

i did it... it says: please execute : silkroad.exe

i opened the page you said. i clicked on the second link.
i downloaded it put it in my sswc folder and launch it and it says: please execute silkroad.exe
i tryed to delete the silkroad.exe, it doesnt works

Please execute the "Silkroad.exe"

Mart try downloading the "SRO.exe" on the first page of that thread, I think that might fix it.

It's working! Server is in check though, lol.
