Failed to connect with game server. (Timeout)

I'm getting this error when I try to join a server. Is this happening to anyone too? I've came back to S4 League after 3 years, yesterday it was working fine. Today it just showed this message all day.

Any help here?

Bro I don't even fucking know where their forums are at, they moved to another website or some shit everything is different now. This is the only forum I use.

What do you mean about security software? I don't understand, be more specifically.
