Animation problem!

Today I tried to create a small animation with 3ds studio max. I try the animation with granny and it work good. But in game: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] the pg finds half below ground while the animation is running, someone could tell me what could be the possible problem? Thanks in advance!

When you Export the animation go to Animation settings of Expotron and "unselect" the Z-Position.
If you import only the model.gr2 you can see that is half on the ground, so the "trick" is in animations.
