I am paying 25 Euros per bil and can pay via paypal or skrill.
I am NOT going first. You can use middleman (from this site only) but you have to pay him yourself.
Can do small transactions 12,5 Euro/500kk if someone is skeptical.
Would prefer PM here since I rarely use Skype.
