Login issue

Hey guys, I've got a problem with S4 o3o

Whenever I try to choose a server e.g EU1 ( Europe 1) it says Connecting, yet S4 shuts down, with out any message. I have not used any bugs, hacks etc on this account so I doubt I got banned :/ any ideas? Thanks for help indeed.

At one point in the game. I was trying to get 4 mission complete caps instead of 3. The result was I crashed and I was unable to log back into my account. It would stay at "Connecting" then crash.

My account wasn't fixed until the Mission was resetted

SO, it might be possible that your account might be bugged, maybe an invaild parameter or item.
If you said you haven't done any hacks for it. You might as well send a ticket to alaplaya, it would be your best bet

Despite putting my IGN in most of my screenshots here in EPVP. I talked to a GS if I was on the warning list. He said no but he could have always lie.
