Problems with connecting

Hello guys i have this problem and have no ide how to solve it..When i click on start then silkroad connect appears i type my username,password and captcha than its only seeing Connecting..few sec later it just dissapear(connecting) and if i click connect again it do the same way..idk how to solve it..please help

add your PC IP to SRO_VT_ACCOUNT._PrivelegedIP

and then restart Gateway.

open sro_vt_account database , tables then search for PrivelegedIP

im not an owner of sro server - im not tryin to make sro server,i just play on private server- pioneer-sro,they dont know whats the cause
